[ ripping open a sugar packet, he tips it into his coffee, then grabs another. it's on the third that he tears it then stops himself. he can have all the sugar he wants in the world and it won't impact him, but when he's with someone who doesn't quite know his special dietary needs, it leaves them with the impression he's incredibly weird — and perhaps not in a good way. he tips that last pack in and then places it on top of his small pile of empty papers. ]
